Bethan & Thomas are two souls who found each other far from home, in Edinburgh. With its winding streets and enchanting villages to get lost in, Edinburgh is a place of romance. Designed for lovers to run to. 

Both studying at the university, the pair have found a home in Edinburgh and each other and will be tying the knot later this year.  

Their relationship is based on shared values and playfulness. On this sunny evening in early spring we joined them to capture their love in their favourite city ahead of their wedding day in Summer. The pair agreed to meet on the stone bridge over the river in Dean Village. They soaked up the setting sunshine and fell deeper in love,

Lauren & Nate's plan to elope in Edinburgh was cooked up on the other side of the Atlantic. They travelled all the way from the States to elope in Dean Village, Edinburgh. When they got in touch with us we were so excited to help them plan and share some of the best spots in our city with them. 

The day began in Edinburgh's Georgian New Town. A staircase between them, the couple had spent the morning apart. Once ready, Lauren descended and pair shared an intimate first look in the library with only the books as witnesses. First looks are full of anticipation, butterflies and love - L & N shared a long embrace to really soak up the moment.

Before the ceremony, the pair explored more of Edinburgh - soaking in the romance of each stone of our cobbled streets. They took a moment to reflect on the day & their relationship so far under the shadow of Edinburgh Castle at The Vennel. 

Then, making their way to the quiet and more secluded Dean Village. They took their places by the river to say their vows, hand fast and drink whisky from the Quaich - sealing their bond forever.
